Common Questions

How often should I ​workout?

The answer to this question ​depends on your personal ​lifestyle and preferences. In ​addition, your current health ​condition. Derek will go through ​this with you on day 1 to help set ​you up for success!

Do I have to work out in a ​gym or can I workout at ​home?

Either option works! Derek will ​work with you to curate a ​program that works best for your ​equipment access and lifestyle.

Do we workout on Day 1?

Before Derek curates programs ​for you, he will go through a free ​consultation to identify how to ​best help you. He may ask you to ​do light activities to access your ​fitness level but generally, ​programming will not begin until ​you have went through this ​consultation process.
