How often should I workout?
The answer to this question depends on your personal lifestyle and preferences. In addition, your current health condition. Derek will go through this with you on day 1 to help set you up for success!
Do I have to work out in a gym or can I workout at home?
Either option works! Derek will work with you to curate a program that works best for your equipment access and lifestyle.
Do we workout on Day 1?
Before Derek curates programs for you, he will go through a free consultation to identify how to best help you. He may ask you to do light activities to access your fitness level but generally, programming will not begin until you have went through this consultation process.
